Senator Wendy Rogers once again leads the way in supporting Campus Carry for Arizona colleges and universities. Explaining her vote, Sen. Rogers said, “The enforcement of law depends initially on deterrence. This is true globally and I as a military officer can tell you that. Peace through strength. […] We come from hardscrabble roots here in Arizona – the Great West – and it is here that we need to reestablish, ‘shall not be infringed’.”
