In response to Democrats’ claims that the bill would cause illegals to not want to go to hospital, Rogers said, “Then they should stay home in their home country if they can have care.” In the interview, Rogers talked about how the bill would make it easier to track government spending, and that it’s a great thing when immigration checks are conducted and accountability is enacted in law.
